Warranty Technician

JS Homes is seeking a qualified Warranty Technician in the New Castle and Northern Kent County area. Candidate must be skilled in trim carpentry, drywall, painting and should be familiar with all aspects of new home construction. This position will require interaction with our customers so a professional appearance and communication skills are a must. Candidate must have their own vehicle, tools and have good time management skills.
