So we purchased a new construction home at Massey's Mill which is a dream come true for my family. I have to say that Nancy from JS Homes leasing office held our hands and walked us through step by step from start to finish . I'm sure that we asked a million questions and she answered every one! We received pictures of the first truck with our lumber and of the last tree being planted, she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable about the biggest decision or purchase that we will probably make for our family which is our Forever Home! “Our family could not be more pleased with our new JS Home. Throughout the entire experience Stephanie and Jeff were very informative, thorough, and kind. No matter the question or concern, and there were a lot of them, they both responded in a timely manner and with an explanation for every worry we had. We have now been in our home for roughly four months and love the craftsmanship and detail that went into the build. Even down to the stain color of the stair railing, which the team crafted specially to match our flooring, everything fits just right. It is the little details that make a house a home. I know that all of this would not have happened without the dedication of Jeff and Stephanie. They have built a bond with our family and continue to do so. Stephanie even hand delivered a Thanksgiving pie to our home because she didn’t want me to have to go through the hassle of bundling up two year old twins to brave the cold. Jeff also displays a devotion to ensuring that his homeowners are happy and works to make connections with the families. He is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and a hard worker. Jeff handcrafted a shutter for our home because he could tell that the existing one was not exactly what we wanted. Jeff stops to say hello, sometimes even reversing his truck down the street to roll the window down when he spots us, every time we see him. They both ask about our children and our lives. It is evident that this is not just a job for both of them; they care, not only about the satisfaction of their families, but the happiness that comes with the entire process.
